Episode 3 of Envision: Leaders must collaborate to tackle today’s global challenges

How can we work together to protect individuals, organizations and governments from increasingly sophisticated cyberthreats while expanding opportunity and access to technology in a sustainable way?

 

I look forward to discussing these topics and more during Episode 3 of Envision, our digital series for business leaders, presented by Accenture, Avanade and Microsoft. The episode will air live in the Americas on Tuesday, April 20, and re-air in Asia Pacific and then Europe, the Middle East and Africa on Wednesday, April 21.

 

Along with the main Envision program, attendees will have an opportunity to hear regional perspectives on skilling and sustainability from local business leaders in your area of the world.

 

At the event, I’ll be joined by Trevor Noah, comedian and host of “The Daily Show,” for a conversation about technology’s role in society and how technology can address poverty, access to education and other social challenges.

 

Other speakers will include Kelly Bissell, senior managing director of security at Accenture, and Vasu Jakkal, corporate vice president of security, compliance & identity marketing at Microsoft, who will lead a discussion on cybersecurity and the benefits of a “zero trust” model to protect sensitive data.

 

You’ll also hear from Alexandra Badenoch, group executive for transformation, communications & people at Telstra, and Ryan Roslansky, chief executive officer of LinkedIn, on how a “skills-first” approach can help people and organizations alike, as well as Jared Spataro, corporate vice president of Microsoft 365, on the employee experience platform Microsoft Viva.
