Safe mode stops loading at agp440.sys.

That means that Agp440.sys is the last driver to load successfully. It is

the next driver that is not loading. Disconnect all unneeded devices and

try again. If no luck and you are using a desktop try reseating the video

card and memory cards. Check all connectors inside the machine. If a

laptop you may need to repair the software.
