slow start on taskbar quickstart

Hi can someone help me.

 

I use the taskbar quickstart quite frequently also for starting up Explorer

an internet explorer.

recently the start-up of the programs takes quite long (more then 30 sec.

When I start the same programs, using the icons on my desktop they start up

almost instantly.

Someone a sugestion how to solve this problem.
