Hi, we have a requirement to be able to compare 2 images and let the user know how the images compare against each other: similar with a percentage that is: 75% of image 2 is the same as image 1.

 

The goal is to be able to compare scanned documents and determine which ones we can delete since the information is already available in another document.

 

3rd party tool integration into the system is not an option, but we can make use of libraries and make calls from the DOT NET 2.0 application suite.

 

I have looked around for a while to find libraries, pointers on how we can implement this functionality but no luck.
