Address bar disappears after SP3 install

Looks like MS in its infinite wisdom decided to remove the address toolbar

from the taskbar. IF the change is documented at all, it's buried. Oversight?

Or just another MS whim?

 

The fix is this: replace the new browseui.dll file with the one from SP2.

 

There are already a number of web posts with instructions and even automated

..bat files to do this.
