I've got 2 PCs here at work.* My new machine, from this year, and an older PC (~ 3 years old).* I use them both for various things.* I use the older one for building over versions of our VB6 app when I have to do that sort of thing.* And I'll use it as a backup web browsing system when I've got more important things going on my new PC.

For some reason, which I do not understand, Internet Explorer 7 has become very unreliable on the old machine.* Whenever I start surfing off of my start page, it almost always shuts down.* It doens't matter what website I'm going to, it just shuts down.* I have not been able to find anything at all in the event logs to indicate any eminent failure - nothing is there related to this problem.* I had thought that perhaps putting on SP3 for XP would make a difference, since the new SP3 updates IE7, but that hasn't helped.

So, how do I find out what's going on, and why, so that hopefully I can fix it?
