CHANGE DEFAULT OPTIONS WHEN BLANK CD IS INSERTED?

I just replaced the CD program that came with my computer with NERO.

 

When I insert a blank CD, how do I get the option - "Burn a new CD with

Nero" to appear in the box along with the "Do nothing" or "open file"

options?
