Issue Opening Files via TS

I have been looking for a cure to this issue for the past 2 days, hopefully

someone here can help.

We have a TS set up, all we have on the Server is TS.

If I log on as the Administrator for the Domain I can open all files on a

different server, by going Start --> Run --> \\servername then navigating to

the file.

If I log into the TS as a User (With Administrator rights the same as the

above login) I go to the same file but get the following error, but only on

access (.mdb) files:

'Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have

the appropriate permissions to access the item'

I have tried the following:

The permissions on the File that I am trying to open

Adding the server to Intranet Sites via IE Tools, Options and Security Tabs.

Adding the IP Address and server name to the hosts File

(C:/WINDOWS/System32/Drivers/etc/).

Adding, 1 by 1, the same Memberships to myself as the Administrator Account

has.

Changing my profile from one OU to another in Active Directory.

None of the above have worked, this is probably something so simple that

when I find out what it is I am realy going to kick myself.

Thanks in advance

Re: Issue Opening Files via TS

What is the Windows version of Terminal Services are you running?

The user account you used 'TS as a User ', is it a domain user or a local

user to the terminal server?

Do you get the error for all files and all \\remoteservers ?

If you logon to the physical console with 'TS as a user' account, do you

still get the same error?
