hi,

 

I'm trying to do a system restore, but can't click on any date..

 

how do you do a system restore pls.. any date I click on in the

calendar it doesn't respond..

Try it in Safe Mode.

maya,

on the offchance that you are new to this :-

on your System Restore calendar, are there any dates in 'BOLD' type?

these are the only dates where System Restore has taken a 'snapshot', and

hence the only dates you can use to restore to.

for instance, if you use your computer like a friend of mine who has his PC

on frequently but for very short periods of time, there will be no System

Restore points, because the system has not had the opportunity to make them.

if you are not new to this and this doesn't apply, just bin it.
