Remote Assistance

Two questions concerning Remote Assistance:

 

1. Is there a way to create a shortcut directly to the "Generate Remote

Assistance Request - Save to a File" without going through Help &

Support --> bla bla bla .... to get there?

 

 

2. Client has RemoteDesktop set to a custom port. I know how to RD into this

box, but how do I RemoteSupport into it?
