Throttle Windows Server 2003 Network

Hi there,

 

In my production environment I have a server in a remote region that

is connected via a slow VPN connection at about 100kbit. I want to

mimic this connection speed in my test environment so that I can do

some stress testing of our application.

 

Is there a tool I can use to limit the bandwidth of my network card to

100kbit while I do my stress test?
