Offline File Missing after Account Problems

Hello!

 

We have a user who currently has offline files setup. They were working on

a document throughout the day and made sure to save the document as well.

For some strange and unknown reason, their domain account was deleted at some

point during the day.

 

The user was then advised to reboot, and after rebooting and logging back

in, the folder redirections and offline files were setting up, but the new

file was missing.

 

Is it possible that the file was not uploaded to the server? Also, is it

possible to still find this file in the CSC folder?
