KenB Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 Is the wireless LAN LED lit on the front of your router ? This is the second LED from the left. It should be lit green. If it isn't .... On the back of the router there is a reset. You can try resetting the router to default settings by pressing this for 10 seconds. In the router settings: Make sure that "Broadcast SSID" has a check against it. You can find this where you changed the channel number. Your manual is available here: http://cache-www.belkin.com/support/dl/p74559-a_f5d7230-4_man_6-04.pdf Mac Address Filtering is an option - suggested in an earlier post. See page 72. make sure this feature is off. Also see page 74 - Blocking ping. Uncheck this if it is ticked - you can always go back and enable it. (this will not be the cause of you not being able to connect to the net - but you may be able to ping the router ) Quote There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!
