Guest boba Posted May 22, 2008 Posted May 22, 2008 When a user logs through thin client to the server, gets message: your desktop is currently blank! Please notify your administrator. I created the same user under different name and can login fine on the same machine. But I need to have his old account fixed because of all his emails and other stuff. I renamed the old profile and logoff and log back but still get the same error message. I would appreciate any help

Guest boba Posted May 22, 2008 Posted May 22, 2008 RE: Blank Desktop What I noticed is that when the user logins first time under his profile it is creating two extra folders: Windows and userData. The problem is only with one user. All other users can login fine. I deleted his profile from Server and re-login but still get the same error message. Other users have only: Cookies, Desktop, Favorites, My Documents and Start Menu. The user with login problem has all these plus two extra with Windows and User Data.
