Exception Processing Message c0000013

I was getting this message when my Spy Sweeper sfotware stared up. After

talking to a tech at WebRoot today I looked at the message boards on

Microsoft and found that a lot of people were getting this message because of

various devices. I tried plugging in usb deives into the two drives I usually

work with and rebooted with the usb drives in.

 

After the reboot I did a device unload for the two drives and it looks like

the problem cleared up. I have tried to get the message by taking Spy Sweeper

up and down and going through the various windows and no message. I hope the

problem stays cured.
