Perfmon reporting

Hi,

 

Does anyone know of an application (.net if possible) that is specifically

designed to be a reporting application for Perfmon counters? I've been

importing the counters into Excel and creating graphs from there but ideally

i'd like something more powerful and designed for the purpose.
