Router Problems

I have a macbook and an linksys router. I purchased the router in 2009 its an N. about a week ago, my wireless quit working. my roomie who has a dell and i, who has a macbook, cannot get onto the interent. NOw, i can get onto the internet with a ethernet cord but not wirelessly. any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. i have had the router for only 1 1/2 years. thanks again

If both of you cannot access the net wirelessly then it looks like the problem lies with the router.

 

Try switching it off at the wall and leave for a minute.

Switch on again.

The router will re-boot and reset itself.
