Remote print services

In our environment we have a terminal server farm with 5 application servers.

The client workstations remotely connect to any of the 5 servers in order to

use the remote application and also print through it.

By installing the printers' drivers both at the client workstations and at

the terminal servers, users are able to print through the remote application

to their local printer (a session of their printers is being created on the

terminal server).

Now the requirement is to be able to pass a Comment of the printer when its

session is created on the remote server.

So far this was managed to be done only by the administrator if the comment

is setup on a specific client workstation and then this comment is cached on

the terminal server after 60 seconds.

However, this is done successfully only for the administrator.

We tried putting the users in the Domain Print Operators group, the local

Power Users group, and also given rights to Manage Printer for the specific

local printer, however, still only the Domain Admin can see the printer's

comment on the remote server.

How can the printer's comment be seen by all client users who connect to the

remote servers from a client workstation?
