WinXP wants activation w/o any hardware changes

I'm cleaning out software from my pc I'm going to donate to a Church. When I

rebooted, WinXP SP2 said it needed to be activated. Of course trying to

activate over the internet fails. What gives?

WGA Forum? A quick search did not turn up a microsoft community with that

string. Can you just tell me what the answer was AND where the WGA forum
