windows no disk

[Guest grady]

when I try to start the computer I get this error:

windows no disk

exception processing message c0000013 parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c

 

the desktop appears and then disappears

 

the bottom task bar (with start and clock) has disappeared also

 

I tried to update microsoft and get access denied message

 

anybody have a suggestion
