Guest Martin Posted May 27, 2008 Posted May 27, 2008 Hello, We experience the following problem at a customer site: Login with a remote terminal session as administrator: Open a command shell and enter: runas /user:DBUser cmd ..... Enter the password for DBUser Attempting to start cmd as user "mymachine\DBUser" RUSNAS ERROR: Unable to run - cmd 3: The system cannot find the path specified The installed OS is Windows 2003 Server SP1. The server is not setup as terminal server. The server is member of a windows domain. Furthermore the error is independent from the chosen user (e. g. DBUser). The chosen account is always member of the administrator group The error does not occur if you connect explicitly to the console session with the /console switch or if you connect to the sesssion with id 0 by the taskmanager. The error does not occur if you are not connecting remotely but execute the command at the machine's console. Regards -- MT Software developper
