Server crash

Well, it becomes unresponsive anyway. All users lose sessions but no blue

screen, does not respond to anything at console. Seems to happen once every

two or three weeks.

 

Windows 2003 member server with Citrix PS4. The only clue is event 3019

MrxSmb appearing about once a minute throughout the day.

 

KB article suggests that it is benign although I've seen one other user

connect it with an unexpected server shutdown.

 

AV is Sophos.

Have you tried using performance monitor to shed light on which processes are

eating up your resources?
