Hello

running Windows 2003 STD, the thing is that I have folder called

"share" has the attribute of "Read-only" and it is checked the check

box it self it grayed out. however I can click on it and de-select the

check mark and it comes back again when I do "right click on the folder

and hit properties"

This is what MS called it "tri-mode flags" and solution ??? I need to

recover this data or I will be fired !! please help me
