No Disk in Drive

I keep getting this annoying message "There is no disk in the drive. Please

insert a disk into drive F: I then get a message to continue, Try Again,

cancel." This has to do when I download a song from Itunes and then try to

sync my Ipod. This has been occuring for sometime now if I click on Try again

about 5 times it works. Note this only occurs during the sync when I have

purchased new songs or books once they are downloaded I have no problem.

I have uninstalled Itunes, Restored Ipod, saw some information on Quck Time

and have Cleared the History and changed the drive letter and

still no sucess anybody have any ideas? Thank-you!
