Print Screen in Terminal Services 2008

Hi,

We have a application running on Terminal Service that requires the function

of print screen but every time we try to use it the application would

freeze. This same application works fine in previouse version of Windows

Server OS. Has anything changed in TS 2008 that limited this function?

Do you experience the same issue if you run the application in a physical

console? If it is, then your application may have general compatibility

issues with win2k8 and or the hardware (like graphics adapter) the win2k8

is running on.

Without knowing what your application is, I would suggest to contact the

application support, they may be able to provide better options for you.
