"I'm getting copies any time I work with individual images. If I delete the

copied images I get more copies to replace them. My folders are fat with

copies. What do I do? I can't find any way to turn off that function.

You'll have to give more info. Yes, we understand 'copies' but what

software are you using?

And this isn't meant condescending, but some users drag a mouse when

they click and this makes copies. If your hand slides just a tiny when

you double click, XP thinks its a drag and drop and thus a copy. You

get 'copy of xxxxx.jpg' all the time.
