My name is Luke... as you might have guessed from the username, and I live in Queensland, Australia.

 

I currently work as an IT Helpdesk technician in a call centre. Just joining up a few forums to try and help some others out in other aspects of their personal IT crisis and to gain more knowledge along the way for the future.

 

I study Bachelor of IT at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in first year and also hold an Advanced Diploma of IT from a top UK Sixth Form College.
