You say changed to W7 (was something else on it before) or do you mean you had another PC and this is now a new one with W7 on... Normally this happens if you just turn the PC off by the switch at the wall or holding the power button down.. astragirl Posted February 6, 2011 Author Posted February 6, 2011 shutting down problem thanks again Dalo i do put pc to sleep and switch off at the wall cos i got pc plugged into a 5 plug extension socket and switch off in case of fire i will switch off properly from now on have a good day Quote
