I keep getting an error message of an ' unresponding script'. I have isolated this message appearing when my hotmail account is open ( in mozilla firefox). I am now using my hotmail account in Internet Explorer and there is no error message with this. Also, when I use hotmail in firefox on other laptops I get the same error message.

Along with this problem, whilst using the software for the company I have just started some work with, I keep getting a message saying -' not responding' when I try to input any information, along with a hazy screen and a blue circle. I do tend to keep my hotmail account( in firefox) open whilst working, although use IE for software.

I wonder if anyone can shed any light on this problem. It does meant that I am unable to work at the moment until this problem is fixed, thus I wil be so grateful for any solution.

Thanking you in advance.

Try using the Firefox (safemode). It might be a add-on that is causing the problem. If the Firefox (safemode) works ok then it's probably an add-on that is causing it. Look in Tools>add-ons. Probably in Extensions.

Apologies in the delay. Thank you so much for that suggestion. I have heard that Hotmail is incompatible with Mozilla, thus am using Chrome instead and I now dont get the problem. However, as yet I havent used the work software with which I was having the problem. I wil be doing tomorrow though and wil keep you posted of the result.
