Control Panel from Start Menu is in reverse order

When I click on the start -> settings -> control panel, the selection list

is in reverse alphabetical order.

 

How can I correct this?

Right-click, sort.

Click View, Arrange by Name. Even though it's already clicked, clicking

it will change the sort order.
