Windows Xp problem

Hi

I had installed windows XP OS on my desktop system,

i when i started my system i am getting this problem:

in alert window:

 

User environment:

 

windows cannot load the locally stored profile

the locally stored profile possible causes of this error

include insufficient security rights or a corrupt local

profile if this problem pesists contact your network administartor :

 

Error performing inpage operation.

Can anybody have idea on this please let me know the answer
