Sorting a text file?

Okay, i recently backed up my messages from my phone, into a text file, but they're not in order.. is there any program that would 'collate' them?

 

I'll give you an example.

 

Folder: Deleted Items

Sent: 2010-04-03 23:04

From: Louie

To: 07********* (SMS)

Text: (Message text)

 

Folder: Deleted Items

Sent: 2010-04-03 23:13

From: 07**********

To: Louie (+447**********)

Text: (Message text)

 

And theres thousands in that 'format' shall we say. I was thinking there could be a program to do it, since they ALL have times and dates.
