Unable to raise or view an invoice on Instaform Invoices and Estimates Pro

Hi chaps.

 

I use a prgramme called Estimates and Invoices Pro on a daily basis as part of my job. For the past couple of days it is not allowing me to either raise a new invoice or view any others. I have tried restoring from an old backup and the problem remains the same. Please help.
