KenB Posted February 16, 2011 Posted February 16, 2011 Hi and welcome to fpch. Try a scan from Crucial. This has proved to be very accurate in the past. Dalo Harkin Posted February 18, 2011 Posted February 18, 2011 Forget what the software says, if you can only physically see two then just get the largest sticks you can that the board supports (be very careful as around the DDR 2700/3200 era) most of the RAM on ebay now is ECC and this is for servers and not desktops. Check your Motherboard documentation as the board 'should' be able to take at least 2GB (possibly 4) of PC3200 Quote Intel Q6600 @ 4Ghz (Watercooled)Asus P5K premium black pearl4GB OCZ Reaper 8500260GTX Join Free PC Help - Register here Donations are welcome - here PC Build We are all members helping other members. Please return here where you may be able to help someone else. After all, no one knows everything and you may have the answer that someone needs.
