Noise free PSU

Hello everyone, I have a hard time with my PSU becasue it's so damn noisy.

I would like to get some recommendations on some PSUs, because you can't always trust the ferm on this one.

 

If you could recommend a PSU of aprox. 650 - 700 then it would be great

I personally have an OCZ ModXstream 600w PSU and it is very quiet. Don't hear it at all. Highly recommend it. Only thing that I don't like about it is the fact that all the cables have like a black mesh over them which makes them a little difficult to manipulate if you are a case tidy freak.
