TS session loading unwanted apps

[Guest terry]

W2K3 with TS; BE 10.1d

Each TS Client session is loading sqlmangr.exe.

We have no SQL apps except for Symantec BE

 

How can I stop sqlmangr.exe being loaded with each TS client load.
