I ideally want a fax to PDF that includes OCR to deliver incoming faxes to an email address which will be a SharePoint document library. Many Thanks Marcus

OCR software alone is not capable of reading handwriting and or performing a free form scan to find the name and route the fax to the recipient. You need a service to do this but it would require minimum volumes ect...
