I realize that I may not be able to get an answer but I would still like to

ask about my issue. I have a 2005 Windows XP Dell Desktop. Recently ( I want

to say about 2 months ago) there has been an issue with two different

components that I have downloaded off the web. My aim hasn't been working

properly. Each time a download it it will only work for about a day and then

won't open up again. The icon is still on my desktop but when I double click

nothing appears. I even try to right click and press go but still no luck. I

also have some Zune software that I actually uploaded from a CD ROM and now

the same issue is happeing with that. I clic on the icon and nothing appears.

My aim error message says something about a xprt5.dll component that cannot

be found. So I searched the web and downloaded it, but still nothing. I

uninstall and re install everything but tis just seems like a never ending

cycle. Does anyone have any suggestions?
