RandyL Posted March 5, 2011 Posted March 5, 2011 It might depend on whether you have your network set up as a Workgroup or Homegroup. If it's a Workgroup you can set a password in Network and sharing. Only people with a password to your user account can share. If your not sharing files and folders with anyone you can disable sharing all together. As a rule if sharing is turned on you will be sharing your printer with everyone if you use the Windows settings.
