How to Turn Off System Beep Globally

Problem: How do I turn off the system beep that comes from the tower for

all users?

 

I already went into the registry as administrator and changed it there

under hkey_current_user/control panel/sounds, but this only turned it

off for the administrator account. WHen other accounts log on they

still get the system beep; with many accounts it would be a pain to go

and turn it off individually.

 

Is there a way to do it for all users?
