XP SP3 issues for net admins

Since installing this via WSUS all our XP workstations are configured to

start SMTP Service and IIS Admin Service automatically. Note that Outlook

does not require this service.

 

I notice that the majority of them are also running the Web Publishing

Service automatically. This may be a legacy of how my predecessor set them

up, or it may also be SP3 related.

 

Are any of you having the same experience?
