need help with EVGA Nvidia Geforce 9800 GT Akimbo

I installed a EVGA Nvidia Geforce 9800 GT Akimbo on a emachine ET1331G 64bit with windows 7. I ca not get pass this message Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot media in selected Boor device and press a key. I removed the card but still got the same message, so i put it back in. I do not know what to do. I would appericate any help with this matter. :confused:

Did you change anything in the BIOS, the BIOS is looking for a boot device, so either you have disturbed the power or data lead that connects the HDD to the Motherboard or changed something in the BIOS
