No. System Restore restores the *system* and does nothing for your

data files.

It may be too late for this: Download and run Restoration or another

Undelete program. The more you use the hd with the deleted files, the

more data you overwrite, so you should download the program to a flash

drive, or floppy.

No, if the files aren't in the recycle bin, you may be able to get them

back with a file undelete program. Do a Google search. Try not to access

the drive the deleted files are on; that will increase the chance of

recovery.

might start thinking about buying some backup software like Acronis
