Hasn't there been any updates since SP3? Everytime I manually go to the

site, I get "No high-priority updates for your computer are available".

Unless there's a pressing need, MS releases Windows security updates on

"Patch Tuesday," the second Tuesday of each month.

recommended to download and run the

Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer .This program would help you identify

common security misconfigurations.
