How to transfer Outlook Express settings, emails and Address Book from one computer to another?

Dear friends:

How to transfer Outlook Express settings, emails and Address Book from

one computer to another?

My daughter renewed her computer and she wants to transfer Outlook

Express' Address Book, settings, emails, etc. from her old computer to

the new one. Is there, for Outlook Express, the equivalent to the

"PST" files of Outlook where all this stuff is stored? And where it is

located?

Thanks

The address book is a .wab file with the user's name (ron.wab). Emails are

contained in .dbx files (hold.dbx). On the OE toolbar, File--check out

Import and Export.

Sure, and if you ask in a group with OE in the title you would likely

get relevant help. Notice THIS group lacks that.

Ask elsewhere

Juan, you might try microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general for

help on this matter. Disregard the crabby replies on this site

as some posters think they "own" the damned thing.
