Guest Alessandro Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Hello all. On saturday I was working on our server win2003 std sp2. I installed an updated version of Symantec Mail Security. Then I rebooted the server without problems. Then I installed some patches from MSUpdate. Then I rebooted the server without problems. Finally I installed the Sp1 for wsus 3.0. Then I rebooted the server. After this last reboot, before than the login mask (it was "setting network connections") the server rebooted by himself. At the next login (because then it started), I have seen the following in the events. - - - - - Warning source USER32 eventid 1076 Irreversible system error 0x805000f Control string error 0x0000007f (0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) - - - - - System error Category (102) eventid 1003 Error code 0000007f, parameter1 00000000, parameter2 00000000, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000. - - - - - Sorry if something is not correctly translated, it's from italian. After this, the server worked correctly without problems, and today with all the users connected and working is not giving problems. The only thing that I have is a memory.dmp in the windows directory. Someone can help me to understand what happened? Thank you in advance. Alessandro
