daisy22 Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 hi all need some help to cure the following problem please? i am trying to install a downloaded software called Freecall (for internet telephony via PC to phone) but each time I've tried I get the following error message: "Microsoft visual C++ runtime library" and it doesn't install properly anyone have an idea how to cure this problem O/S is Vista Quote
RandyL Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 What operating system do you use? Have you contacted the company? It doesn't appear that they have a FAQ on this issue. At first glance the site appears to be missing a lot of info that a reputable company would have listed. It could be a problem with their software. Or it could mean you have an older version of Windows and need the VB6 file from microsoft. Quote We are all members helping other members.
