windows is taking to much storage after update to windows 11 around (75 GB) why?

i have installed windows 11 like month ago and its keep on getting updates now i checked my storage , windows totally used around 75GB out 256 gb SSD so I'm confused that storage also includes windows 10 or not , so pls tell me what to do, it taking way to much storage and its not normal
