Windows Spotlight no longer works or is accessible in my Windows 11. Problem started after update before the last one. How do I fix this?

Windows Spotlight no longer works or is accessible in my Windows 11. Problem started after update before the last one. How do I fix this? I tried the suggested fix that was posted on line by Microsoft, but it didn't fix anything, because as far as my version of Windows 11 is concerned "Windows Spotlight" no longer exists, or at least all the "fix" options don't work or even acknowledge Spotlight's existence.I know my computer's functionality isn't dependent upon Windows Spotlight, but I got used to it, and I'd like to have it back and functioning.Thanks,Alan Rosenbaum
