Taskmaster hangs up

I am running xp home version on Dell Lap Top 1.6GHz - 250mb. A problem

developed about a week ago with Task Master. When task master dialog box

come up it does not have the tabs across the top, nor does it have the

kill, minimize buttons at the top. Quite frequently multiple. icons come

up in the

view strip at the lower right, sometimes as many as 32. I can not move,

minimize or close. The only thing I can do is turn the computer off.

 

I have checked event log and tried to restore to an earlier date. I

can not select an earlier restore point other than the current date. I

would apprecite any help. At this point I can only conclude I have a

corrupted file. I would hate to consider a reinstall, or just live

without Taskmaster. I would appreciate any help

What is Task Master? Is this a third-party program? If yes, contact them for

assistance with their software. Your description of what you're seeing (or

not seeing) doesn't sound like Windows' Task Manager. Please clarify if

I've misunderstood you.

I will guess you mean Task Manager and you have it in small footprint mode.

 

Double-click on the gray border of the dialog box.
